EAsiest shortbread recipe

2 cups flour

1 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

Preheat over to 325 degrees.

With a hand or stand mixer, blender butter and sugar until well incorporated. Gradually add flour.

Once dough forms, put in a 9-inch square pan (Do not grease. The butter will do the job!) Press across bottom touching all sides.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until light brown. Cut while still warm! Ta Daa!
